If your schedule is open, the most popular times for departures have been after 9:30 to avoid early morning passing showers. Meet at the commuter terminal 1/2 hour before your scheduled departure. Full payment to be made at the commuter terminal prior to departure.
Transportation Fees: If transportation service is requested, $10.00/trip will be collected at check-in for pick-up and drop-off service ($20.00 round trip from Kapaa to Poipu;FREE transportation for cruise ship passengers to/from Nawiliwili harbor).

Fuel Surcharge Fees: $3.75 per per passenger will be collected at check-in to cover the dramatic increase in fuel prices since Jan. 1, 2005. This amount covers the actual increase in fuel prices for a one hour flight.

State Landing Fees: $1.25 per passenger will be collected to cover State of Hawaii DOT landing fees.

Refund Policy: Full refunds made if pilot cancels flight at any time or with customer 48 hour cancellation notice prior to departure time. Refunds will not be made for no-shows.
